It is thanks to Hil, I got NATURALLY pregnant at 42.

We've been trying to get pregnant for over four years. I read many books on fertility, took supplements, changed my diet and lifestyle, and did yoga, massages, and acupuncture (with someone else). Despite everything I did, I had three failed IVF cycles. Before considering donor eggs, or surrogacy, I wanted to try IVF one last time. I reached out to Hil Herberth based on the Google reviews. From the first time I spoke to her, I felt very optimistic that things would work out for me. She consulted me over the phone and answered all my questions, even before I started my treatment with her. From my first treatment/therapy with her, I felt motherly affection from her. I could tell she was passionate about what she was doing, and she was doing it to help women/couples fulfill their dream of becoming a mother/parents. Although I started therapy in preparation for my next IVF cycle, which was planned after three months, I got naturally pregnant with two weeks of therapy which included nutritional advice and therapy for my husband too.

Ms. Herberth has a warm and caring demeanor. Exactly what I needed after my miscarriage. I immediately felt very comfortable in her presence, starting with the nice and extensive telephone conversation. I came to her to do EMDR therapy because I had severe anxiety after my miscarriages. After just two sessions, my fears were almost gone. When I became pregnant again quite quickly, I was of course worried that I would lose the baby again, but not as strong, uncontrollable fears as before. I owe that to Hil Herberth. I am a big fan of EMDR and often recommend it to others who also want to cope with traumatic experiences. I also went to Hil Herberth for ear acupuncture and massage during my ovulation phase, which was very relaxing and beneficial. Ms. Herberth is very sensitive and takes an incredible amount of time for the sessions. I always felt very comfortable. Right from the start I had the feeling that I was receiving very professional advice on many levels. The practice/treatment room is very lovingly furnished and offers the perfect atmosphere to switch off and unwind. A treatment begins with a consultation about your current condition. This is followed by an extensive massage including acupuncture (if desired). Finally, a short conversation and further planning of the next appointment. Ms. Herberth is extremely flexible and spontaneous when making appointments. Particularly noteworthy is Ms. Herberth's willingness to be approachable outside of meetings. I don't think that's a given at all and it shows how much dedication and passion she has in this profession.

Ms. Herberthis a very empathetic and warm woman who knows the subject very well and at the same time radiates calm through her open and friendly nature and takes away a lot of worries. I was thoroughly impressed with my first appointment and felt very comfortable and in good hands afterwards. Ms. Herberth helps with her knowledge, gives very good tips and shares her experience. I'm currently on the road because we're moving back here soon and I just took a pregnancy test. It is now 10 days after ovulation. It didn't work last cycle but this one. The line is still quite light but can definitely be seen. I just feel joy and positive excitement right now but no fear or panic. I have them to thank for that! So thank you very much!

I have Mrs. Herberth received fertility massage and acupuncture before my transfer for the 2nd ICSI. The treatment was extremely pleasant and relaxing, so I was well prepared for the transfer. At the beginning of the week we actually got the positive pregnancy test. We are overjoyed and very grateful to Ms. Herberth. I'm sure her treatment played a big part in this.

I received very good news from the fertility center today. An ultrasound revealed that I was pregnant. :-)

I'm very happy about it, but based on my recent experiences I'm also a little afraid of losing it, which I don't really expect.

Is there anything I should change when taking the supplements or anything else I should or can do?

Hil Herberth was a huge help to me when I wanted to have children! After years of it not working and no real reason being found, I tried fertility massages and acupuncture on her. The treatments were not only super pleasant, but also effective in getting my cycle back to normal. I give Ms. Herberth particular credit for always taking a lot of time for me and for ultimately stabilizing me psychologically with her wonderful, warm manner and her wealth of experience. In the end, I needed additional medical help to get pregnant (because an illness was found after all), but Ms. Herberth accompanied me the entire time and treated me throughout the successful month. In the end, she knew I was pregnant before I did. She really is always there for you. So I can only warmly recommend them. I couldn't have imagined better support during this often difficult time.

They recommended that I prepare the smoothies for lunch with berries, greens, etc. And then I understood that you wanted to send me a couple of smoothie recipes... Or did I misunderstand?

But I have something to tell you (although it may be a bit early)…. Ms. Herberth, your massages work real miracles! I'm expecting my new cycle from April 14th-15th. But because my ClearBlue computer 'said' that I could take a pregnancy test today, I took it and with a positive result!!! Yuuuuuuu! I then checked again in the afternoon with another test... also and still positive!

I was so surprised and very happy! This is the first time we've made it this far!

Good evening Ms. Herberth,

I still can't believe it, but I held a positive pregnancy test in my hands today. I'm really happy about it.

My doctor didn't come up with anything special 1.5 weeks ago. We have not found a reason for the heavy bleeding in the middle of the cycle. She took blood and I'm sending you the results attached. She said progesterone was good.

I didn't take progesterone this cycle due to the bleeding. So I'll start now.

I would like to thank them very much for their good work, which certainly contributed to our success. I now hope that everything goes well in the next few months, but I am very confident.

If you have any good tips for me during pregnancy, I would be happy to take them. 😊

What is your opinion and experience about your massage during pregnancy?

I had a pregnancy test at the fertility clinic today and it was positive. Now the pregnancy just needs to continue to develop beautifully and healthily. I should now stop the ...... and continue taking ........ Otherwise, I'm currently still taking ......, as you recommended, and drinking a large cup of .......... every day. I would be very grateful for any advice on what else I can do to protect and support the pregnancy

Dear Ms. Herberth,

I have often thought of you. I still think that her kind words were partly responsible for me becoming pregnant again so quickly. The pregnancy was a wonderful experience from start to finish. This also applies to the birth of our son on January 15th. at 4:27 p.m. After 6 hours of contractions, the little one came out of his comfort zone and has made us happy parents ever since.

I think it's the least I can do to tell you about his arrival and send you many greetings from his confinement.

Today I had a blood test and found out that it worked. The HCG value is 168.6. Estradiol at 602.5 and progesterone >60. There is great joy, but at the same time there is of course concern as to whether everything will continue to develop well. Do you have any other recommendations on how I can support early pregnancy? An ultrasound appointment at ...... is for December 17th. scheduled.

I wanted to inform you again about our status. We went back for a blood test on Wednesday, the HCG rose to 1980, progesterone to 37 and estradiol 313. The ultrasound showed a small amniotic cavity. Now we have to go again next Thursday and hope that a little heart beats.

You could already see the egg shell on the ultrasound. Miss Dr. L said that was pretty good.

I AM PREGNANT :-) Yesterday I held a positive test in my hands. FINALLY!!! :-) We are incredibly happy. I thank you for your support!! I have already spoken to my midwife and she also recommended Utrogest. Tomorrow I will call the gynecologist and ask for the prescription as well.

I wanted to share this good news with you. I have a lot of faith and confidence that everything will work out this time. :-)

Actually, I didn't expect that. A week before, I had always had the same symptoms as when I got my period (breast tenderness) and then, as always, all I could see was this fat control line on the pregnancy test... on.... the time had come: our little one.... was born. The pregnancy wasn't too easy. There were a lot of ups and downs. On the one hand for medical and of course also for psychological reasons. The fear that something could go wrong again and we would lose the baby was very great. But he and we fought and... was taken by cesarean section. I wanted to inform you about the current status.

I went for a blood test this morning and the stress with the absolute traffic chaos this morning (it took me 2 1/2 hours to get to Hamburg) was worth it, I just received a call that the test was positive. :))) On November 20th I have another appointment for the first ultrasound at the clinic. :)

I'm totally overwhelmed because in the last two days I had the feeling that it wasn't working out again. The joy is even greater. And since I believe that you play a key role in this success, I wanted to share this good news with you directly.

Do you have any other tips for me? Probably continue to avoid sports!? What about nutrition? Does it make sense for me to continue my diet including nutritional supplements 1:1 or should I change something? I should probably avoid salmon, right?

Does it make sense for us to make another appointment soon or would you rather wait a few weeks or the first ultrasound appointment again before I come to you for a massage or something similar.

Since I of course really want to stay pregnant, I am very open to any recommendations you may have about what offers could support a successful pregnancy!

Hello Ms. Herberth,

I came back from vacation last week and in the middle of the week we had our consultation at the KiWu clinic at ..... (but based on the ultrasound and hormone values, she says that I don't have PCOS). A few days later I wanted to stop taking the Utrogest because I was sure it wasn't working again and suddenly I had a positive pregnancy test in my hand. What can I say, the relaxation on vacation worked very well! Today I'm at the beginning of the 5th week and I really, really hope that it lasts this time. At the moment the fear is even greater than the joy. I don't have my first ultrasound appointment with my gynecologist for another three weeks and I really hope everything goes well.

After 2 years of unfulfilled desire to have children because of an impermeable egg liter, with the help of Mrs. Herberth, it finally worked and I am now 7 weeks pregnant. The treatments were always very pleasant and relaxing and I really enjoyed every single session. Ms. Herberth is very sensitive and is always there for you if you have any questions.

The blood test was positive and to be on the safe side, I did a Clearblue test. I'm actually pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you can imagine, the joy is great and I have to admit, now that it is a reality, the idea is still quite foreign. But that will definitely happen over time :) I definitely still listen to your hypnosis every night to help me fall asleep.

I'm actually pregnant! I still can't believe it. And of course everything is still uncertain now, but the urine test was positive, I'll get the blood results tomorrow and on April 13th. let's go to the ultrasound. For about 10 days I've always had a stomach ache and I'm also tired, which is probably showing signs of it.

Experience report from last week

I can only warmly recommend Ms. Herberth to everyone. She is an incredibly empathetic person and radiates incredible calm. As soon as you enter your four walls you feel comfortable. The desire to have children can take a lot of energy and you quickly lose confidence in your own body. With her sensitive manner and her wonderful massages, Ms. Herberth gave me confidence and trust in myself again and with success!!! An unfulfilled desire to have children is a very hard test for yourself and especially for a relationship. Once you are in the process of undergoing fertility treatment, you can quickly feel left alone by the doctors with all your expectations and fears. Ms. Herberth showed me a way to deal with it through her hypnosis and helped me to let go of my fears and blockages. In addition, your massages have always been a relief for me in my everyday life and have done me a lot of good. We have had two IVFs and two cryos and finally this year our biggest wish has come true. The topic of wanting to have children can cost you a lot of nerves and you are so blocked internally that you no longer know what you can do. Absolutely desperate, I discovered Ms. Herberth on the internet and am so glad to have found her!! After a major operation (a laparoscopy including loosening of the adhesions), I put myself in the good hands of Ms. Herberth and it was exactly the right thing for me, my stomach and my soul.
